The appearance of the Ora Lightning Cat is relatively retro. The front part adopts a closed grille design, with oval headlights on both sides. It is available in tourmaline gray, smoke amethyst, white jade and ice diamond pink. The side of the car adopts the body structure of a fastback coupe, with hidden door handles and frameless doors. In terms of body size, the length, width and height are 4871/1862/1500mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2870mm.
Interior design
In terms of interior, the Ora Lightning Cat adopts a supercar wraparound cockpit with a T-shaped hollow center console design, piano-key texture physical buttons, comfortable ergonomic seats and a dome-style panoramic skylight extending through the rear of the car, creating a refined, light luxury and sporty third space, showing a refined style.
The Ora Lightning Cat also adopts a three-barrel instrument design with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, which has a strong sense of sportiness. The floating central control shows its technological side. The physical buttons for air conditioning control are still retained below the screen. Its layout is very novel and also convenient for the driver to operate. The T-shaped center console is wrapped in a lot of leather, and only a few physical buttons are retained, giving people a visual sense of "car".
Body configuration
In terms of battery life, the Ora Lightning Cat adopts a low-drag streamlined body design, adaptive electric rear wing, full-cover chassis, AGS variable air intake grille and other configurations to minimize wind resistance, combined with heat pump air conditioning, lightweight materials and high-strength steel applications, rolling resistance, low-voltage load and power consumption optimization, to achieve CLTC705km ultra-long battery life, worry-free battery life.
The Ora Lightning Cat is equipped with the industry-leading "worry-free battery" and provides two different capacity battery packs. The standard battery life version has a CLTC operating range of 555 kilometers, while the model equipped with a large-capacity battery pack will provide CLTC operating range of 600 kilometers (four-wheel drive) and 705 kilometers due to different power.
In terms of intelligence, the ORA Lightning Cat is equipped with ORA-PILOT 3.0 intelligent assisted driving, equipped with 28 smart sensors, and can be used with the fusion solution of 5G multi-satellite high-precision maps to achieve stronger perception capabilities in the same class and maximize active safety attributes; it provides a Harman Yanfei Lisi audio system with 11 speakers, and all seats in the car have heating functions, and the comfort is also excellent.
With the new three-electric system and dual-motor intelligent four-wheel drive, the ORA Lightning Cat has a maximum power and torque of 300kW and 680N·m, achieving an excellent performance of 0-100 acceleration in 4.3 seconds. With high performance, the 19-inch cat claw bionic wheels and sports tires have a wide tread and low aspect ratio design, which brings better grip and support.
The entire ORA Lightning Cat series adopts the latest technology of the lemon platform. Its chassis uses a wide wheelbase and low center of gravity sport design, which brings an agile and stable driving experience; as well as a finely tuned suspension, which takes into account both controllability and comfort.
In terms of power, the Ora Lightning Cat will be available in two power options: single-motor front-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 150 kilowatts and a peak torque of 340 Nm; the dual-motor four-wheel drive model has a total power of 300 kilowatts and a total torque of 680 Nm, and an acceleration time of 0-100 km/h of 4.3 seconds.
