As a German high-performance plug-in hybrid model under FAW-Volkswagen, the new Tayron GTE has been upgraded in terms of appearance, interior, power and driving control, providing users with more diversified electric mobility solutions and giving consumers full freedom of choice.
The combination of the advantages of the Tayron family and Volkswagen's GTE technology brings three core advantages to the new Tayron GTE: the super sport mode, which represents a high-performance driving experience; the plug-in hybrid technology, which represents a longer range and more versatile driving scenarios; and the pure electric technology, which means that the new Tayron GTE is even more energy-efficient and effective. The GTE technology enables the vehicle to have the advantages of electric car, hybrid car and high performance car at the same time, which truly realises the triple use of one vehicle and fully satisfies the user's usage scenarios.
The new Tayron GTE model adopts the mature and stable P2 architecture plug-in hybrid powertrain, which meets the requirements of the energy-saving policy, solves the purchase needs of users in cities with purchase restrictions, and provides an additional choice for users who favour high-performance new energy vehicles in the new era. It offers five driving modes to choose from: Pure Electric, Hybrid, Power Hold, Charge, and Sport.
For daily commuting, it can be used in pure electric mode, with a WLTC range of up to 46km, which is free from mileage anxiety and reduces commuting costs. The car can be used in the countryside as well as the countryside. For long-distance journeys such as excursions and cross-country trips, you can flexibly switch between hybrid, sport or charging modes, and the 4-stage energy recovery reduces the reliance on charging piles, which is low-carbon and environmentally friendly as well as highly enjoyable to drive.
